Appointment Information

• Appointments are by appointment only.
• Non-urgent appointments can be requested online and by phone during opening hours.
• Urgent appointments should be requested by phone on 01 406 4564.
• When booking an appointment, you may be asked for a brief reason for your visit or your preferred dentist. This helps us ensure you see the right person and that your appointment is scheduled at the most suitable time.
• We strive to keep waiting times short and run our schedule efficiently.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment, as late arrivals may not always be accommodated.

Appointment Cancellations

If you cannot attend your appointment, please cancel at least one full working day in advance by phone on 01 406 4564. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient, as demand for appointments can be high.

Emergencies

For out of hours emergencies, please contact the Dublin Dental Hospital on 01 612 7200.

If you are a VHI member, you can contact their Urgent Care Clinic on 01 448 2450.

New Patients

We welcome all new patients - Under 8, Over 70, and private patients.

Dentists

You are welcome to see any dentist or nurse of your choice. However, for continuity of care, we encourage patients to see the same dentist for ongoing treatment whenever possible.

Greenlea Dental communicates with patients through text messages, emails, phone calls, and postal mail to ensure you receive important updates and appointment reminders.
